You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Health is our number one priority, for sanitary reasons we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS of any of our products used and described in our listing as a health or hygiene product. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Our health/hygeine products are products described to be used/physically made to be touched by areas such as the mouth, vagina, buttocks, under arms, feet etc. This also includes opened jars and bottles made for body products.
We are unable to refund or replace a package that has been marked DELIVERD by the postal service. We recommend that you track your package with the tracking number provided when your order was shipped. Any issues regarding your package once shipped should be directed to the postal service.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you receive your package damaged or defective please send a clear photo of the damaged item(s) within 24 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining issues with the item. Once reviewed by our team we will instruct you on how to return the item(s) to us. (Keep in mind that 24 hours of delivery is based on when the postal service marks the items as delivered, not when you physically retrieve and open your package.
We WILL NOT accept any returns of hygiene/health products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective upon arrival. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but once again health is our number one priority.
Store credits (not including shipping) will be available to you if package was marked LOST DURING TRANSIT through the postal service. Any other issues regarding your package once shipped should be directed to the postal service.
ANY REFUNDS GIVEN WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT (minus shipping) store credits will be in the form of a digital gift card provided by our store.
Some orders can take 1-2 weeks* to process, no matter the shipping method you choose at checkout. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
